This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location in the small gardens is delightful, and the small sitting area on the rooftop provides a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the views. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, such as a bath, add to the overall comfort. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included.
Everything was satisfactory or even better than expected.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the location was ideal, within easy walking distance to the center but in a nice and quiet area. Secondly, the staff was amazing - they were attentive, considerate, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even provided us with complimentary chicken soup and tea when my partner got sick. Additionally, the hotel had great attention to detail, with beautiful decor and a lovely balcony where we could relax. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the basic amenities like free water and coffee were a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cozy rooms, and convenient location.
I honestly couldn't fault anything about this hotel.

the hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre and within walking distance of all the main attractions. the room was atmospheric, colorful, and equipped with a small filter coffee machine, while the bathroom was clean and tidy. the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel safe and relaxed throughout our stay. We enjoyed delicious breakfast at the hotel, and the Wi-Fi also worked well. the beautiful terrace was the perfect spot for a relaxing evening.
The hotel lacked air-conditioning, which made the room a bit stuffy at times.

This hotel is hands down the best place to stay. It's incredibly clean and they pay attention to the smallest details. They even provide blankets for those chilly nights. The staff goes above and beyond, showing true care and consideration. Just like a previous reviewer mentioned, they helped out when I fell sick and even brought me chicken soup and tea without charging me. The hotel also has a beautiful terrace with lights, creating a lovely ambiance for meals. The rooms are well-equipped with free water and coffee, and the hot showers are a definite plus. And let's not forget the delicious food, particularly the heavenly burritos!
I couldn't find a single thing to fault about this hotel – everything was perfect!

The Christmas decorations in the lobby were pretty cool and they had some complimentary cookies which were nice. the hotel is located within walking distance of the city center and the views from the balcony were stunning. the bed was quite comfortable, which made for a good night's rest.
Our room was located near the terrace which stayed open late at night, leading to a lot of noise that made it hard to sleep. the staff was not very helpful and didn't seem to know much about the area.

The bathroom was very nice and we appreciated the daily refills of water bottles and coffee machine. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel safe during our stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with a corner store nearby and easy walking distance to the city center.
Our room had an unpleasant, damp smell that made our stay uncomfortable. We also found the size of the room to be quite small, which made it difficult to move around freely.

I had a wonderful stay at Luna Maya in Antigua. The hotel is small and well-appointed, with a charming, family-run atmosphere. The room was comfortable and had good hot water and water pressure. The staff, who are all family members, were incredibly kind and helpful. I felt safe and well looked after throughout my stay. The location, although a bit farther from the central park than expected, was actually a pleasant surprise as it gave me a quieter, more peaceful experience. The hotel provided water bottles and a coffee machine in the room, although they only replenished them on the first day. I had a fantastic time at Luna Maya and would highly recommend it to others.
